Accept the invitation quickly
Google invitations do not stay valid forever. Open the email and accept as soon as it arrives — if it expires before you accept, we may need to issue a new one.
One family group per 12 months
Google allows an account to join a different family group only once every 12 months. If you joined one recently through another provider, activation may not be possible yet.
Use your own Google account
Open the invitation from the account you actually want Premium on. An invitation accepted from a different account activates the wrong one and cannot be moved.

Do you need my Google password?+
No. We never ask for your password, verification code, PIN or recovery code — and no one from our team will ever request them. Activation works through an invitation sent to your own email; you accept it while staying signed in to your own account.
Will I lose my channel, subscriptions or watch history?+
No. Premium is added to the Google account you already use. Your channel, subscriptions, playlists and history stay exactly as they are.
How long does activation take?+
Usually 5–30 minutes after the transfer is verified. Verification is manual, so orders placed late at night may be reviewed the next morning.
The invitation did not reach my inbox. What now?+
Check the spam and promotions folders first — that is where it lands most often — and mark it as “not spam” so future messages arrive directly. If it is still missing, contact us with your order number and we will resend it to the same address.
Does the subscription renew automatically?+
No. It runs for the period you paid for and then stops. Nothing is charged without you ordering again, and no payment method of yours is stored.
What happens when the period ends?+
Your account simply returns to the free YouTube experience. Nothing is deleted, and you can order another period whenever you want.
Can I use it on more than one device?+
Yes. Premium follows the Google account, so it works on every device signed in with that same account — phone, tablet, computer and TV.
What if my account cannot accept the invitation?+
Some accounts cannot join because of Google's own membership rules. Tell us before the activation is completed and we will identify the reason with you — you will not be left with an order you cannot use.
